New features and improved performance in the business range
CASIO presents two new super-slim projectors
Norderstedt, 03.07.2007 - CASIO is launching two new super-slim business projectors to the market: the XJ-S46 and the XJ-S41, which with 2,500 ANSI lumen are the slimmest in the world in their class* . Thanks to the 2x optical motor zoom, a presentation can be adapted to a wide range of room sizes. The XJ-S46 is equipped with a USB interface, which allows presentations to be made without having to rely on a PC or notebook. In general, CASIO product development focuses on mobility and flexibility. As a result, these projectors stand out for their size and weight: at 207x43x199mm (32 mm at the thinnest point), the projectors are smaller than a DIN A4 size sheet of paper, and weigh just 1.8 kg. With its integrated USB interface, the XJ-S46 model is ideal for mobile use: presentations (e.g. Powerpoint, Word, Excel or PDF files) can be converted into the JPEG format using the included "EZ Converter" software and be shown directly from the USB stick. An additional notebook is not required. Projection starts automatically, and can be conveniently managed using the remote control device. The 2x optical motor zoom, which is featured in both new models, is unique in this business projector class, providing the user with a high degree of flexibility and enabling the adaptation of the presentation to a wide range of room conditions. Whether the presentation space is a small office, a business lounge or a larger conference room, the zoom helps to scale the image perfectly to size. The automatic keystone correction, the Quick Start function and the Direct Power off function make projection even easier. The RRP for the model XJ-S46 is 1,399 Euros*, and the RRP for the XJ-S41 is 1,199 Euros**.
