Hamburg, February 21, 2007 - With its innovative G-Styler design line, CASIO accompanies the G-SHOCK target group of active, lifestyle-orientated men into a new phase of their lives. The new features of the vigorous G-011 series are ideal for anybody who appreciates top-quality design, functional diversity and the legendary shockproof characteristics of a G-SHOCK. The development of this new product range was preceded by comprehensive design studies in numerous European markets.
The new G-Stylers are a surprise from the outset with their different angular shape. Four screws in the casing demonstrate the exquisite craftsmanship of the watchmaker. Ornately worked watch faces surround the plain clear display with its striking, 2-eye optical design. The colours of the display range from classic black, white and grey through to colour variations in blue, copper and bordeaux. The inner workings of the new G-Stylers are also impressive: light, world time function for 27 cities, stopwatch, water-resistant up to 20 bar and the clever Yacht Timer.
The flagship of a new product line: the golden G-Styler
With the flagship of the new G-Stylers, the matt golden G-011BD-9AER, the G-SHOCK brand takes another step forward in the world of fashion. In a complex refining process called ionisation or ion-plating, gold is applied onto the stainless steel in an inert gas, forming a compound with the surface of the material. The result is typical for the new line: an attractive and noble design, robust materials of the finest quality, and intelligent functions!
