Excellent: Casio's Super Slim Projector wins iF design award 2007
Hamburg, December 2006 - The Super Slim Projector XJ-S35 by CASIO is not only a delight technically, but also optically: just a few days ago the business beamer, which has been available since last September, was prized with the renowned iF product design award 2007. The coveted iF label is awarded every year by the international jury for those products that optimally meet contemporary design standards. This time too, the award was based on criteria such as degree of innovation, functionality, choice of material, processing as well as safety and brand-value. The XJ-S35 convinced the jury through its innovative technology in stylish design and simple operability. The extremely small projector had particularly made a name for itself over the last few months through the Direct Power On/Off function, which saves the user time at every appointment. An additional advantage: should there be no room for the Notebook in your luggage, a USB storage medium with the necessary presentation data is sufficient for the perfect performance. The internationally recognised iF design award of the International Forum Design is one of the most significant design competitions worldwide and has been a constant, well-known hallmark for "excellent" design since its launch in 1954. The iF Award has meanwhile become an indispensable orientation aid on the market for buyers of design-oriented products. Incidentally, the winning products can be seen next Spring at the iF exhibition 2007. The exhibition will be opened on 15th March 2007 parallel to the CEBIT and will run until August 2007.
