CASIO is aiming for the future! With a brand new keyboard program that allows you to save and playback WAVE files in the keyboard. That is the new editing dimension with unlimited possibilities, and they are only available from CASIO. You can now view the complete program on CASIO's music site and download for free for the new high-performance keyboards CTK-691, WK-3000 and WK- 3500. The new software makes it possible to retrieve new tones, sounds with wave data, drum sets with wave data, rhythms, standard MIDI files, songs, registrations and DSP settings on to the PC, edit them to your heart's delight and then load them straight onto the keyboard. That promises no end of variety and fun right from the start!

Data management software with SMF converter
The data manager is a convenient means of transferring the aforementioned data straight from the PC on to the keyboard or onto the SmartMEDIATM card and onto a disk. The software also includes a SMF converter which converts format 1 MIFI files into format 0 MIDI files.

Keyboard program with wave editor
The sound of the sea to a guitar riff, a trumpet solo to a big band sound, from single notes to a whole song - you can load every imaginable kind of acoustic signal on to the keyboard in the form of wave files. And once they are there, all these wave files can be transposed any way you choose. This also applies (to sequences) within a given style! Even sound images you have recorded and produced yourself can be played back via the keyboard and repeated as often as you like. You can alter the pitch and the tone at the touch of a button. The wave editor allows you to change all the values of the files and edit them in an individual way.
