With the WK series, CASIO caters for those musicians who are looking
for a top-notch keyboard with a full scope of functions in the medium
price bracket. An excellent sound quality combined with the finest features
and functions increasingly make the WK series by CASIO the first
choice. Now CASIO has again decisively enhanced its successful WK
models: The USB connection and the up-to-date memory technology
via the SD card make data exchange between PC and keyboard even
more comfortable. With this, new WK-3300 and WK-3800 once again
show (October 2006) what can be done in this class.
The SD card slot supports up to 1 GB extra memory. This makes free
Internet expansion with the IDES (Internet Data Expansion System)
software even more attractive. Using the USB port and the provided
IDES software (CD ROM), keyboard data such as tones, tones with
wave data, drawbar settings, rhythms, DSP settings, registrations and
many other features are transferred to the instrument and saved to the
internal Flash ROM (4 MB). Under http://music.casio.com it is possible
to upgrade the high performance keyboards to download „for free“.

WK-3800
The ZPI sound technology with stereo sampling now offers even more
choice: 70 additional expressive tones are on board WK-3300 and
WK-3800. And the rhythm section has also been extended by new
accompaniments and has thoroughly been revised. With regard to
established features, both WK models offer the following: 76-key keyboard
with touch response, digital drawbars, piano setting, six-track
sequencer, SMF player (format 0), synthesizer and mixer, equalizer,
registration memory (8 x 4 banks), stereo bass-reflex loudspeakers.
WK-3800 differs from its smaller brother through the modulation
wheel, the FD drive and Line Out terminals.
Top features in short: 76 keys with touch response, 670 tones
(+ 224 user), 166 rhythms (+ 16 user), SD card slot / USB, IDES
software included (CD ROM)
