G-SHOCK from CASIO with rally timer and Multiband 6
Arrive faster, everywhere: the new G-SHOCK GW-9010-1ER Norderstedt, August 2008 – It's as fast as it looks: the new G-SHOCK GW-9010-1ER out of the successful MUDMAN series is the first CASIO wristwatch with a rally timer. With this function and its proven, tough features, it sets an additional accent in innovation. The rally timer is the ultimate feature when it comes to measuring various time spans at once – for example, the already elapsed time and the time remaining before the finish during a rally. The rally timer unites the functions of a countdown timer with those of a stopwatch and allows these to run simultaneously. The perfection with which CASIO masters the interplay of technology and design is also evident from the exterior of the GW-9010-1ER: The function of the rally timer finds its direct counterpart in the design. The display has a fast and racy look, making it impressively clear to the wearer that every second counts. The robust, matt black casing also shows that the watch is most at home in athletic or outdoor scenarios. In terms of technology it goes without saying: Thanks to its absolute mud and water-resistance up to 20 Bar, one can go through thick and thin with the GW-9010-1ER. Along with the known Tough Solar technology the GW-9010-1ER is equipped with state-of-the-art multiband 6 technology. Therefore, even those who want to test this watch in a rally can now choose a tour through China as it is also accessing the Chinese radio signal - another indication of the consistent innovative spirit of CASIO. The GW-9010-1ER features the following functions:
